I was told they were coming for a service call between 9-2 p.m. and at 11:30 a.m. they phoned and cancelled without an apology. The receptionist did not even apologize once and was plainly very rude and told me to just take another day off work. I am honestly shocked that a business can function if this is how you operate. When I said I would report them to Whirlpool who arranged the repair - she said "I'm calling them too." Wow. I would never use this business nor would I recommend you to anyone. In fact, it is my duty to warn anyone from using you. And also she said sarcastically when I shared my disappointment "I'm a one-woman show." Okay. But - you can still be a kind and professional "One-woman show." Maybe you need to hire more staff? Or how about a professional and courteous staff? Horrible customer service. I'm sorry - you need a serious customer service training reboot. I have reported you to Whirlpool customer service. Hopefully, no one else who has purchased from Whirlpool and needs service in the Charleston area has to be treated this way. Carolina Appliance Repair - 0 stars - if that was an option. |
