One star because I had to. We had an overweight technician come out for a problem, our inside unit is in attic, hubby was worried because large fella went up 3 to 4 attic pulldown steps, didnt think anything of it, problem was resolved. The problem was related to something that a part had to be ordered for but had to pay all kinds of fees. All related but still charged nevertheless. Owner believes what he believes, he will listen BUT DOESN'T CARE!! Next week or so regular technicians come out to complete work, heard a weird noise, thought it was just them working. That evening hubby comes home, notices attic stairs wont close, hairline cracks in ceiling and wood trim is pulling away from attic area. After spending a lot of money the owner tells me he could've had his AC techs fix the carpenter problems with the stairs and wood. No one else goes into the attic but the ac guys. Owner blames everything else on the damages, not willing to listen or go more than halfway to fix the damages they caused. DO NOT USE!! Posting Yelp review and BBB.

Absolutely first class. Did the job perfectly in a timely manner and were professional and polite. I will always use them moving forward. Thanks to Jeremy for all the hard work.
