They don't understand ppl can hit hard times like they pay all they bills on time... They are rude and disrespectful I explain to the manager that I was at work and show told me I BETTER DO SOMETHING.. Like who talks to a customer like that..... They communications skills is not together one person can call you then 2 mins later someone else is calling...

I called in needing a matress and frame. I spoke with Shavonne, she was very polite, patient and just knowledgeable. I asked 100 questions, which she happily answered. She filled things out over the phone, repeated her self, because I ask things twice and was super sweet the entire time. She happily explained me to how to set up an online account to pay the bill, because I'm terrible at those kinds of things. We are getting our stuff on Friday! I would definitely recommend and I will be going back if we need anything else. Thank you so much!

In a nut shell GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UN-KNOWLEDGEABLE of Rent-A-Centers policies. I called in asked about upgrading my furniture, they lady was so adamant about telling me how wrong my question is, and they do not upgrade furniture but I can switch it out and get a different set while paying the difference????! What?! I reviewed the website and in fact it says "UPGRADE"!! When A month later inquiring about the samething the manager is always busy or on a conference call. I said I can wait, the lady never came out her office telling the other employees to tell me to pretty much leave. Finally I guess she did her research and was able to respond to me, still with fictional details. She told my boyfriend and I we can upgrade our mattress with no charge, however not that day because she had no mattresses in after 3 weeks still no mattresses, and now it would be a charge. We just paid everything off and forgot about the upgrade, because she was playing games. Awful customer service!
