Lorie Gattison | My experience with this company has been terrible. Tech came out and diagnosed the problem the compressor on my LG refrigerator promise to return on that Saturday, never showed up not heard anything from him or the company. |
Jane T Strickland | I am not sure about the ice maker. It was looked at about 10:00 a.m. on the 18th of September. Today is the 21st at 3:40 p.m. and it is just now about full of ice and we haven't used very much ice at all since it's been fixed. I really don't know if it is fixed or not. Never had it to take so long to work before as it has this time. |
Christine Belissary | Okay. The technician was courteous, but it turns out that another technician who came in a few weeks later to install the part ordered during this first visit shared that I probably should not have accepted service from the first technician because he is with Dish. The first tech ordered a part for my refrigerator at a cost of 136, and it turns out the part should have been free. I think the first tech meant no harm, but in the future, I know not to accept service preventive maintenance from anyone other than a Sears or A&E technician. |
