They always wear shoe covers before they enter my home. They answer all my questions about AC in great detail and patience. When my old unit was not running, they found out the root cause in a very convincing way. They recommended me to replace the old unit, but did not boast to sell. When they installed a new system at my home, they did things right in the first time and even improved some details of my previous duct work.
