Appliance Repair by Carolina Appliance and Furniture in Conway, South Carolina

This company has come out through my warranty company several times & has not found the problem with my my refrigerator/freezer, my freezer is so frosted up but they say there's nothing wrong with it because the temperature is where it's supposed to be at,well you might think it's got to be something else because obviously this is not normal, if you think this is normal then you seriously need to find a new job & you obviously don't have a clue of what your doing. I can send you several pics of the frost in my freezer & items are frosted with ice on them. I don't care how long you've been doing your job you're guys obviously don't know what there doing. Every time they come out they only check the temperature nothing else.

Came in at midnight no Fridge, Friday morning called four places all to busy couldn't deliver for a week or more, This fine business I called them told them my dilemma and they were more than Happy To Help Me!! Got my Fridge that afternoon and the delivery Guys were some of the most respectful nice men that we have worked with, And the Owner such a sweet kind Lady, As well as the Sale Lady that worked with me. Also the furniture that was in that show room beautiful, I even fell in love with a end table! And of course I bought that as well I would recommend this business always, and when we need anything else it will be here! Bless you All for the wonderful customer service! Thank You
