Jan Oliver | The two technicians were great. Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. However, a little frost is still forming inside the freezer. I will call to make another appointment for them to come out and recheck it. I hope we get the same technicians. I have always trusted Sears!!! |
Janet Butcher | Terrible service. I have had seven service calls at my home with this company to repair my Kenmore oven and not one technician has been able to repair the problem. Do not buy a Sears appliance or buy from the Sears local neighborhood store - which will not back up its warranty. We paid for an extended warranty and for the 35 months of the 36 month warranty, the oven has not worked. I am a baker and cannot bake a cake or cook a roast in this oven. The oven still fluctuates more than 40 degrees when I set it to bake. Sears Home Service has provided terrible service. They make a person who requests a service call wait ten days or more, then I have to wait for a part, then the part does not work, and then I have to wait for another service call . This company cannot repair my oven. And, the product for which I paid thousands of dollars was not worth a nickel as the oven has never worked. I have lost many hours of work while waiting for the service call - and, it has been all for nothing. |
