Sharon McCoy | I have a Samsung front load washer that needed to be looked at so I called the warranty company to schedule for someone to come out. Took time off from work to be there for the appointment. Got a text the day of appointment stating that they couldn't make the appointment because techs truck wouldn't start. Which I understand that it can happen but they didn't even try to work with me. Instead I was told by the tech Denise that I needed to contact the warranty people to reschedule. Not a very professional way to handle things. I am sure that this company has more than 1 tech working for them. I mean if they didn't have any one else to come out then in making my customer happy and showing how important it was to keep the scheduled appointment then maybe the manager of these techs should have offered to come out since he doesn't answer his phone or emails. Or maybe they should of found a way to get this tech in a truck that was running even if they had to rent one so they didn't cancel appointments that this one tech Denise was scheduled to do today. I think what it boiled down to was that they probably weren't going to make any money off this warranty work so they decided to cancel because they just couldn't be bothered and that is a company that I don't want coming to look at my washer. Might make it worse just so if they have to come back they can make money the next go round. I want someone who takes pride in their company and wants to make sure that their customer's are well taken care of but instead they dumped me on someone else who can't come today, the day that I took off to be there, but can come Thursday. Not a satisfied customer. Steer clear of this company because they don't value you or your time. |
John Johnson | My experience with this company was very pleasant. They called me within a few minutes of me putting in a request with my warranty company to have my appliance fixed. They asked to confirm my Model and Serial numbers as well as the issue with my appliance. Next, they explained that they would need to reschedule the appointment that was given to me by the warranty because the issue I was experiencing was an issue that the technicians had dealt with before. For this reason, they were able to order parts immediately and fixed my appliance in one trip visit. This company was very efficient in their work and showed great professionalism in customer service. I would highly recommend them to others. |
