This store has a very warm and inviting atmosphere with a great group as a staff. The manager is top notch in customer service and will have you leaving their with a laugh and a smile. It's nice to be able to go somewhere where they don't treat you as a customer but as family. Definitely recommend anyone who is looking for the latest and greatest to shop with them; even if they don't have it in store they'll do their best to get it for you.

I got off work Saturday and went and checked out the computers laptops and 2 in 1 and decided on one but didn't get paid til Tuesday so I told the manager an older gentleman I'd be back Tuesday well he wasn't there Tuesday there was a female and she had be desire to help me whatsoever so I looked around made my decision a little clearer and walked home from my day again knowing what I wanted but being patient she told me it needed reset and would be good when I came back I left and returned Thursday spent over 2 hours filling out the paper work for agreement having them call my friends and family and getting approved and elated I returned home to use my 2 in 1 I waited since I saw it Saturday to figure a way to make this purchase affordable for my budget well when I got home as soon as I tried to use the 2 in 1 it was password protected by RAC I called them right away and was given 3 possible passwords none of which worked. So today Friday now after working 9 am to 430pm I returned to get the issue fixed to sit there until 5 minutes prior to close at 7 pm and left with nothing at all this is the worst experience from any store I have been to I've purchased from this RAC I've paid on agreements in full at this location and I've rented and returned at this location and I would really like to do business with them again but if this is how they are going to allow there employees to treat people it is uncalled for at one point the female told me in front of the manager to do it myself since I know so much and I explained to her for the 3rd or 4th time you need the pass word it is a tablet not a PC she was so ignorant I walk past the store to make sure she isn't there before I went to get this 2 in 1 but when I needed it fixed she happened to be there I do not know what the issue is but I've been a customer with the company and always in good standing and I'm hoping somehow I will be able to bring myself to do business with you again but after walking 2 miles back and forth to your store almost 4 days in a row after I get off work really can upset someone with one day off a week when they wanted to enjoy their new 2 in 1 they purchased so as of now I'm not sure hopefully the weekend calmed me down and I will stop in after work Monday hopefully they will have the 2 in 1 fixed and I can rerent or however they do things still holding out hope
