| Christopher Willette | Terrible service!! We are selling our home and this company came out yesterday to inspect the HVAC unit for the buyers. In the middle of the night I woke up freezing so I got up and turned the heat higher. Woke up this morning to a 59 degree house! we were all freezing! We called the company immediately because our heat was working fine before they touched it. Took what seemed forever to get a call back. They said that evidentially the technician maybe forgot to hook something back up!! They said he was on his way and would be here within 20 minutes. We left after 40 minutes because he hadn't shown up and my husband and I were both missing work. Not to mention that I had a son home with the flu! We ended up having to have our own HVAC company come and fix the heat. Turns out the tech forgot to hook back up the outside unit and also didn't turn back on something on our main system. We have requested that the owner call us to discuss this with us but have yet to hear from him and it has now been 7 1/2 hours. Must not care about their customers or their service at all or he would have called!! I have never left a bad review for a company before but on this one all I can say is BEWARE!! |
