Upon calling I was directed to a very long voice menu that was so non conclusive I hung up and visited the web site indicated. This site also were very involved and eventually offered a home visit several weeks in the future. The physical locations of the repair facilities did not exist. Eventually I called an actual local repair service. |
| Mark Dickens | Horrible customer service. The individual who answered the phone was disrespectful, rude, and lacked knowledge of her duties. If 0 stars were an option that's what I would've selected. I called to get my dryer service however she told me they didn't service my area which is weird because I live 5 miles away. Then she told me no technicians are available for the rest of March which is 20 days. Why do you even offer the service then? So every one in Beaufort has a broken dryer ? Dont waste your time |
