Appliance Repair by New England Appliance Repair in Pawtucket, Rhode Island

I contacted Fall River Appliance Repair which appears to be the same company as New England Appliance Repair to fix my washing machine, which did not leak before them coming. After a leaky washing machine, two visits and 159 in charges, I decided to try another company. The other company came and instantly told me that they forgot to attach a hose - apparently the most obvious thing to do. Fall River refused to refund me or compensate me.

This is just a fraud company, if they call them a company, but technically , they are family owned, not a legal and professional company. We had made an appointment for our dryer venting system, they showed up for the first time and took our money, but they barely did anything to fix the venting, legitly, NOTHING. Then, they said they would give us change back on the second visit when they brought the equipment and the parts for the dryer, but this is where they disappeared, and never showed up, never gave us early notification that they would missed all three appointments that we made after the first two they cancelled on us. By the third time they did not show up at our house as we scheduled, I had feelings that we had been scammed because we called them back to confirm whether they were really gonna come, the guy named Brett answered phone and gave us the exact same excuses as the first two times when they duped the appointments. We knew right the way that they are must be a fraud "company", so we end up telling them that we no longer needed them. We actually bought our own parts for the dryer, watched on the Youtube video and fixed the problem ourselves and the total cost was only 40 dollars for the venting parts. So just beware of this New England Appliance Repair, they are not really company, not professionals, but more like a scam. If I there is a zero star button, I would really choose zero star instead one star.
