He told me to text him the model number of my tv and began giving me different prices for different topics that had nothing to do with my original question. I then told him i was going to write an review and this man responds “ I don't care, you waist of time“. If I could post the screen shots I would but I would recommend going to Best Buy and paying 200 to become a member for a year and they'll fix your electronics with additional fees.
