Yes we can was sent to me by my home warranty company to Check my air-conditioning system Ron was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my system and was able to order the parts and have them in within a few days which was greatly appreciated given how hot the weather was, I had to have them come back out just to make sure the system is working properly and unfortunately my home warranty company would not cover the service call Ron said that was completely Unacceptable and yes we can finish the job and did not charge me for the service call because they felt that my home warranty company should've covered it I am truly impressed with the level of customer service that you guys provide and will definitely call you for any future needs thank you very much |
