| Rich Weaver | I bought this 97 Dodge Ram with a known transmission problem...transmission was rebuilt 30k miles ago so I hoped the internals were ok...unfortunately, I figured out the issue but it was to late and it needed new clutch packs installed...it was severely overheated...the check valve in the cooler lines blocked up. I have the ability to do the job but the truck sat for a month. I stopped by and talked to these guys about rebuilding it for me and they gave me a price that just made sense to let them do it. A few days later it was done and ready to go. I had asked them to replace the rear main oil seal but he didn't do it because he didn't think it was leaking...turns out it's the valve covers...he could've done the part and charged me but he didn't. Great group in here that work very hard and know what they're doing. Take note that they put a 2 year 24k mile warranty on their work too. |
