| Bob Wood | We try to buy locally to support the community economy. But our Riddles experience has convinced us that places like Lowes are better and cheaper for appliances. We had problems with plastic parts breaking under normal use on a GE refrigerator from them. They were no help. They quoted outrageous part prices we found them for almost half online and said "call GE". The "service" person could not be bothered. It was a struggle to get the part numbers from him. Not effective, not friendly, not helpful. |
