Paco Music | The man working on the day I stopped in was one of the rudest people I have ever interacted with. I have never owned a Maytag product before and I understand that I did not buy my washer machine from you because my previous one broke down and I purchased from Lowe's on a Sunday, when you are closed. I was coming in to ask some questions about how to proceed and I would have definitely scheduled a service appointment with you however you could not be bothered to converse with me for more and a single minute before shutting me down. Saying “To be honest, I don't know why you are talking to me since you didn't buy it from here” is rude and a definite way to shut a future business opportunity down. |
Adam Fisher | I think it is ironic this place would bill themselves as a “discount” place. They wanted 24.99 for a dryer belt 341241 that could be bought OEM new for 9.99 elsewhere. If you had the time to buy through Amazon you could get two of these for six bucks and change. I don't mind paying extra for the convenience of being able to get something locally, but for that kind of upcharge I shouldn't feel like I'm inconveniencing the person I'm buying it from. |
google user | Steve Wood is RIGHT. There are NO call backs for service needed. Our ice maker was replaced by them. Then we started having problems with it. Sometimes no ice was being made and sometimes no water would be dispensed. The problems were intermittent but ongoing for about a month. My first call for service, I left a message. NO return call. I called again later and their computer system was "not operating, we will call you when it gets fixed". NO return call. I got tired of dealing with them so I asked my husband to call. He was told they would talk to the serviceman that replaced the ice maker and get back to us. That was 2 days ago. NO return call. What irritates me is that we went to Miles instead of a big box store because we thought service would be better. We had recently moved into another home so we bought a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, and had a stovetop installed on an island. You would think after that many purchases, Miles would at least return our phone calls. Needless to say, they will NOT be getting any more of our business and we will not recommend them to anyone. |
