Appliance Repair by Rent-A-Center in Wyoming, Pennsylvania

It's going to be more expensive then buying outright but what did you expect when you rent to own. Affordable payments that fits your pay schedule and option to buy out same as cash within 6 months. Friendly staff, unless you lack communication or dont pay, then they have to do their job. They can be understanding as long as you keep in touch and pay as you promised. They seem to have the same employees so I would think management is good. You don't see new hires. That's a good thing.

Absolute morons who run the business. Me along with another person had a set in our name and before delivery we went to the store and had my name taken out and only the other's name remained on the contract. The staff verified that and made sure my name wasn't on it. But however they keep calling harasssing me and calling others assossiated with me despite them never even being references to begin with, and harassing them as well. They threatened to take me to court despite the furniture never being in my name, and they give out cheap furniture not worth the price that it's made for. It's all just thrown together by inexperienced workers in the back and the two morons up don't don't have a clue to what they are doing. Don't go here or any other rent a center, they are all the same. The staff are extremely rude and should have the minimum wage job they “worked” for to begin with.
