| Mary Beth Zel | This is the worst , MOST unprofessional , shady company Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. My honest opinion is this guy, James Lott, is a scam artist. We hired him to fix a dryer, after twice ordering the wrong part he vanished . Not before we had to give him 100 deposit though. He requested cash and this should've been a red flag. A company that needs your money to order a part usually has no or bad credit. Normally you pay for parts and labor when the jobs completed. After 3 weeks of no dryer we decided to just buy a new one. My husband called Lott a dozen times and finally he said when he returned the part he would refund the deposit. That was 2 months and I don't believe a part was ever ordered. After numerous phone calls and messages left not returned I filed a complaint with the BBB. My next step will be to visit the magistrate this week. Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. |
