George came on 2 different occasions to fix our only two year old dryer, claims to be cheaper than competition however he uses a knock off brand, that apparently doesn't hold up. This business claims to have been in business for over 25 years, I find that appalling, they are as unprofessional and unethical as you can possibly be. First time he came the product lasted for about 6 months to be exact, then, the same issue appeared again. I called and had him come back again, he charged 148.00 said he would give me a break bc the problem wasn't fixed, and within month, not even, the problem re appeared!! I called him again and was told I'm sorry there is nothing I can do, the dryer sound ever worse than it did before he fixed it. When I called his secretary she told me to “GIVE IT UP” “IF ITS WORKING AND SCREATCHING like two metals rubbing together AT LEAST ITS WORKING. “ I'm appaulled by the unethical and unprofessional way these people conduct their “business”. PLEASE DO NOT call these people. There is a reason they have ONE star, RUN and pay for someone who is respectful and stands by their work, and doesn't try and nickel and dime others with a knockoff product that will only fix the problem temporarily.
