| Bill and Amy Wagner | I received a new battery in the mail. I completely stripped one of the screws trying to replace it. I took it in and was greeted by the smiling, kind face of Crystal. I told her what happened and without skipping a beat offered me a snack and said she'd be right back. I waited for less than 5 minutes! Crystal came out with my V8 battery replaced and as a bonus she cleaned it too! The shop is immaculate and has every Dyson on the market. She didn't charge me anything, gave me a card and said if I ever needed anything to come back and she'd be happy to help. What a wonderful representative of the company. Crystal cemented my loyalty to Dyson. |
| Kara Miller | I had to bring in my Newfoundland because it was too hot in the car. I told them that they are about the only place that has enough vacuums to deal with her fur! They were wonderful and fixed my three vacuums while I waited. Crystal was extremely nice to myself and my dog! |
