| emily magnetti | I've never left a bad review in my life. But I usually have amazing experiences with this Lowe's. But not this time. First I ordered a washer and dryer and after asking if I needed to purchase anything separate the associate told me no. The day comes for the washer and dryer to be installed mind you they were in but took 3 more weeks to bring them to me they show up and don't have a stack kit, hoses, or cords with them! All things needed to run the machines! the delivery men I had for this were awesome. Then I called and they ordered me the parts I needed which I had to wait another week for they install it this morning and say “everything is good and ready to go!” They leave without testing the machine which I personally didn't know they were supposed to but was informed by Samsung that they are! and I use the washer ITS LEAKING EVERYWHERE!!! I've waited over a month for this stuff to be delivered 1700 later and this happens! Beyond disappointed. |
