Called this place a month ago and talked to him about my washer and why it's leaking, said he would call me back about setting arrangements on Saturday and I never got a call. I called him on Monday and asked why he didn't call back, he claims the snow was the problem and said he would look at it on Wednesday, never showed up or even called me..disappointed because multiple people recommended me to him and he didn't seem to care..

Excellent service. Didn't have the exact part I needed for my dryer ....however he was able to fix the part on the spot in just a few minutes. Will look to this business again for appliance repair needs.

Would NEVER buy from again!! Had him come check our broken washer and he said it's not worth fixing a bearing in a front loading washer so he charged us 65 for the visit and then sold us a broken used washer for 195, which he said he would give a 60 day warranty on, but never upheld his end. We needed a washer that day and were low on funds. It didn't work from day 2 and he avoided the calls and messages and claimed the Hotpoint top loading washer wasn't like the old agitating washers...thing is, it didn't agitate at all!! The push button didn't work either for turnimg on and off and the water coming into the washer was literally like getting water from a fridge/freezer auto dispenser. Keep in mind, it worked fine for previous washer. 'New' washer didn't clean clothing and the super water level setting would only fill the washer half way. Kim wouldn't listen to anything we said...constantly over talked us...and wanted to charge us again to come look at the broken washer he sold us, after we contacted him on the 3rd day of having it. We could be gotten a brand new 1 from Home Depot or Lowe's for 300, but had no transportation and needed laundry done. Lesson learned!! Will NEVER buy from here!!!
