| Jasmin Smith | Zack and Bill were FANTASTIC at not only delivering, setting up, and testing my new washer and dryer - they also hauled away the old machines. When I say hauled away I mean COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED my old units because they would not fit through the door way otherwise. They had to go up and down the stairs to my third floor walk up carrying out my old machine in several trips and pieces to get the old junker units out without damaging my rental walls. They set up the new appliances - which also took some deconstruction of the dryer to get it through the doorway, made sure they were quiet and even upon installation, and fully tested both to make sure they were fully functional and I was satisfied. I have no idea how the service could have possibly been better, thanks again Zack and Bill for your hard work, patience, and professionalism. |
