| David Horchen | The servicemen were very polite and respectful. They were sent here to replace the agitator in our washing machine because clothes keep getting stuck under it, even thought the first man here said it wouldn't help anyway. They couldn't remove the bolt from the agitator so they left without replacing it and left the new one here. We asked them to take it along with them and they said they didn't have room in the truck. So the agitator was not replaced and the new one is still in a box sitting in my house which I don't want, clothes are still getting stuck under the agitator and apparently nothing can or will be done to remedy the situation. Apparently Sears feels this is good customer service because we haven't heard anything about someone coming back. The washing machine overall is one of the worst purchases we ever made. It doesn't put enough water in the machine to get the clothes entirely wet on light loads, its hard on the clothes and clothes gets stuck under the agitator. MY WIFE HATES IT. |
