DO NOT ORDER FENCE INSTALLATION FROM THIS LOCATION. 6 months ago, I made the mistake of paying for a chain link fence installation. It finally went in today. Roy Crites made every mistake possible throughout the process. He came to measure the distance for the fence THREE times waiting over a month in between each visit while dodging my phone calls and lying to my face about having called me. He called me 3 months later to tell me he had forgotten to order the bolts required. After 4 months of constantly calling him to try to get it done, he finally called and said the materials had come in, and when the installers got to my house, they find that Roy Crites had forgotten to measure one of the three sides of the fence, and there were not nearly enough materials to complete the job. Keep in mind that this is after he re-measured three times. Every call I made to his superiors gave me the same answer, that this was a consistent problem with Roy and that more often than not, customers were left waiting months for him to fix his mistakes. Why they continue to keep him on as the manager for this department, I'll never understand. After his first few very costly blunders, he completely cut off communication and refused to answer any calls about the process. I have never left a bad review for incompetence, but the way Roy handled this was absolutely absurd and he has no place in a management position. The only competent workers throughout this ridiculous ordeal were the third party contracted installers Lowe's hired to actually install the fence. I will happily give the contact information for them to anyone who wants to shoot me a message, as it will be both cheaper and done months before Lowe's was able to finally complete the job. I've never encountered a more incompetent employee, let alone manager, than Roy Crites.
