| Harold Jones | We recently visited your store looking to purchase a washer & dryer & recliner but unfortunately we were unable to get approved for the financing. We just wanted to let you know how helpful your salespeople were. We had a gentleman named Terry on the appliance side, he was very pleasant & helped us out a great deal. We haven't bought laundry in quite sometime so we asked him to help educate us on what's available & we very impressed with the Speed Queen line you carry & really wanted to purchase them but as I said we were not able to & he did offer us the layaway option but unfortunately we didn't have the option to wait until we could afford to pay them off. We can't remember the ladies name in furniture it might have been Cassie or Katie or something like that because she talked kind of low we couldn't really catch her name but she was very skinny with long red looking hair. She was also very helpful & kind. Again we regret not being able to purchase anything but we hope to comeback one day when we get our issues taken care of but we just wanted to let your store & others know what helpful & wonderful employees you have at your establishment. |
