| Michael O'Connor | It was the worst experience ever!! Rented a TV due to mine being old. Shortly after i started to rent the tv the screen started changing colors while i was watching it. So i contacted the store and they said they would find me another tv and the same tv! So i continued to pay the every two week payments the next week when i went in they said they have the replacement and it was an LG same size and it was a smart tv like mine but i had a higher grade samsung smart tv. And i told the lady who took my payment that i was not accepting that replacement because it was not comparable to mine and im not gonna be continuing to make payments that im paying for a down grade! So a few weeks go by and i still hadn't gotten a call that they had found the exact tv i had or comparable! Only calls i got was harrassment from the store manager that i needed to return the tv due to none payment or them coming to my home in attempt to retrive the TV! Im beyond unsatisfied with theyre poor customer service inadequate attempts to please theyre customers! I will NEVER recommended theyre business to anyone looking to rent! Go to aarons!! |
