| Melissa Ruth | Charged me additional fees for performing diagnostic work. The diagnostic fee should have been 89. I was charged 246. The technician said he had to check the hoses and wiring, all part of doing diagnostic work. Then proceeded to tell me my bill would be lower if I purchased the home warranty. He replaced no part on my washer, fixed nothing, claimed a wire was loose. Called a supervisor immediately, who I could not understand. She offered nothing but empty apologies. I am disputing the charge with me credit card company. Sears is running a scam. I would never recommend them to anyone for appliance repair. |
