The technician repaired the leak in our dishwasher, but he did not test it to see if it would run following the service. Later that night, when we tried to wash the dinner dishes, the machine was dead. It had been running fine but wiith a small leak. now it doesn't run at all.

They installed a new icemaker and somehow shorted out something and now the entire refrigerator and freezer are not working. They claim it was a coincidence that my refrigerator died the same day the ice maker was installed. I'm not buying it. Hopefully I will be getting my refund soon. They should have to replace my refrigerator

Serviceman arrived on time and immediately got to work troubleshooting my gas dryer. He was very knowledgeable and identified the problem quickly. He explained the problem and what would need fixed with cost. After replacing the part, he examined other parts of the dryer for wear to insure no other service was required. Cost was a expected. Great experience would use again. Highly recommended.

Had no knowledge of thermostat repair even though that was the problem I called about.

Sears did a great job communicating when the service technician would arrive. Chris performed the percentage maintenance quickly and let us know the results. No hassle. Easy to work with.

When I called about a repair to my microwave the representative was upfront about the cost to visit and suggested places where I could get the part and fix it myself. Kudos!

When I submitted the online appointment, there was an option for my refrigerator was making a loud noise. When the repairman came out, he didnt hear the noise. Asked if I had it recorded. It would have been useful to know this in advance, as I now have to call them back out to see my recording and fix the problem.

The serviceman determined that the relay was burned out and the motherboard needed to be replaced. This was a defect in the electrical system of the oven. The temperature was extremely hot causing food to burn and smoke and ash to pour out the vents. The display flashed F 10 and the service center was called. The serviceman told me that it would cost 400.00 to repair the oven!! After checking for parts, he said they were no longer available. I paid 89.00 for a repair that wasn't even an option. I called the service number and explained what happened and asked for a refund. Was told that it would be investigated and I would hear something by 3 days. Was never notified and called after 3 days and was told that the refund was denied. So, am I happy---the answer is NO. I've read many reviews and know that this oven issue has happened to many people. As a matter of fact, there is a class action suit pending that I plan on joining. Sears has failed to list the many models that should be on the recall list and then refuse to reimburse customers. Your slogan "Trusted for Generations" is a thing of the past. I grew up in a home where everything we purchased came from Sears. As a result, I purchased all new Kenmore Elite appliances when I remodeled my kitchen. I have no trust in the Sears brand and will not be purchasing their products in the future. Quality and customer relations no longer exist in the Sears Brand.

The first repair man was much more helpful and informative than the second one who actually came out to do the work. It has only been 30 days and the refrigerator is making a similar noise as it was right before it stopped working - I need to reach out to them again to be sure it is ok-

The technician arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired the equipment in a timely manner. He was pleasant, courteous, competent. He deserves MORE than 5 stars.
