| maztaim . | He is meticulous in the order process. I found it refreshing as expectations are clear. Friendly, professional and timely. The machine runs and sounds as if it was new. He provided a scrap of cloth to show all features were tested and working as expected as well as an actual demonstration of it working. He gave detailed information on how to operate and store the machine which I didn't know well. The price for repair was very reasonable and well worth any downside there may have been. If there were any to note, it would be parking. There isn't any. I am not condoning it, but the car rental shop didn't seem too upset that I parked there for the short time I needed to go in and out. Call ahead to make sure he is in. He will get my service any time I need it for sewing machines or vacuums. |
