Appliance Repair by Don’s Appliance Repair in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

They were supposed to come by my house at 3:45 yesterday. I called several times from about 4:00 on and couldn't leave a voicemail due to a full voicemail box. When they finally called me back 45 mins after my appointment, Don I'm assuming told me he doesn't know where his guy is and that he didn't know he was that late. I always expect them to be late but that was really inconvenient. Reluctantly I rescheduled for today and was promised they'd be here on time. I found somebody else bc even though I rescheduled again, I think with Don he said he'd come himself, but then gave me some excuse about having to pick somebody up that afternoon but still promising to come on time. I felt that I couldn't rely on them and found a much cheaper alternative, Max's, to come very quickly upon calling and on time. They told me Don's apparently had like 200 people working for them and not a single one could show up to my house! Very disorganized and unprofessional.

Website and entry here shows that they are open until 7pm tonight Saturday. They answered when I called, but when I started to tell them what I needed, he said that I would need to call back on Monday. I stated that I wouldn't be available Monday and that I just needed to ask a quick question. He said that I would need to wait until Monday and call back then. I stated that the site said open until 7pm it's 3pm now, and if he couldn't even talk to me now that I wouldn't be calling his business back due to the lack of service. He hung up on me then. If he wasn't open, then he should never have answered the phone. Horrible customer service.
