Paid my deductible then all down hill from there it's now been 5 full days & no response from anyone. Told the representative I had a toddler this did not matter. My heat is still out. Our units are not easily accessible but the techs always manage to squeeze into crawl spaces or climb onto rooftops to get to where they need to be. Their prices are reasonable and when parts are not readily available, they'll go the extra mile literally to drive to supply houses to get what is needed. As owners of a duplex, we rely on Cold 1 to help us keep our tenants happy. We would highly recommend. |
