| Frank Marzullo | What a breath of fresh air dealing with AJ. Was recommended to them from a friend after I experienced a nightmare with HomeDepot and Lowe's. Ordered a fridge. They came and measured the space. Who does THAT anymore?! The delivery and installation guys were great. They obviously knew what they were doing and as a plus were great conversationalists. Payment wasn't asked for until after the installation was complete. Won't be using the big box stores anymore! |

| Myra Brown | The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Years ago they used to be very good and very responsive but no longer. I am a senior and we called 4 times leaving messages begging for someone to call us back so we could purchase an appliance. Also had a repair technician come out paid 90 he said he repaired the dryer and it never worked again. We went down the street to Dominic's where everyone answers the phone they were friendly and helpful and up front about pricing and have a new dryer that works perfectly it's all about the customer service. |
