Appliance Repair by Clear Flow Water Solutions in Oley, Pennsylvania

I was having issues with my well pump, and I called clear flow water Solutions. I left a message with their answering service they contacted me immediately set up an appointment. Dave called me in within 20 minutes he was at my property told him my issue and he made several recommendations. I decided on one and he pulled the line out of my pump well and rectified my problem he was very kind and courteous and answered all my questions he did an outstanding job and rectified my problem I highly recommend him and Clear flow water Solutions to anyone. Thank you Dave for rectifying my problem I appreciate all you did and the outstanding service you provided me

Would have given them zero stars but not an option. Had water heater replaced and old one removed. Old water heater was on wooden blocks lifted off the cement floor and was discarded along with the old water heater. They installed the new water heater and placed it directly on the cement floor and the rust and water left behind when they removed the old one. Have contacted them several times requesting they lift the water heater off the floor as was the old one and they refuse to do so unless I pay them more money. The head service technician I spoke with today was extremely rude and obnoxious repeating they I had to pay to have it lifted on blocks. I will mention that the technician who was sent to replace this unit no longer works for the company as of my initial complaint on this installation, per the receptionist to whom I spoke with. That says something about the service provided. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for any service provided by this company.

We had to go through our home warranty twice in a month for some plumbing issues. It just so happened that Jose came out both times. He was very thorough with showing me the exact cause, and even took the time to explain some other things that coordinate with what he was working on.
