| Leigh Anne Lockhart | I'm not sure how they don't have a 5 star review!!?? Anytime I have an issue sadly it's usually an emergency on the weekend and sometimes Holiday weekends! They do not care! They say we will be right out and they ARE!! May not be the guys who fix it, may just be to assess the situation, however the guys who are to come and fix it come just as quickly!! They come they don't pitter patter around, they get the job done, done right the 1st time and I have always been very happy!! Some complain they are a little pricey. Well I look at it like this, you get what you pay for !!!! Some things you just don't go cheap on!! Things to do with power, heat, and hot water tanks you don't go cheap on!!! You make sure professional's do it and do it right!! Oh and on top of this they are all very kind and friendly and are very good with all of my animals!! That's very important to me as well!! TY GUYS!! |
| Sharon Udick | I always shop Friedhabers for appliances. They are honest and very professional. Thought I had to replace an older refridgerator and they gave me a simple tip on how to fix it. They could have easily just sold me a new one. I have shopped there ever since. I like that they are pretty quick to make service calls. Being a family business at least I know I won't have to wonder who I'm talking to like at a big box store. |
