| Peg Bittner | After going through 4 visits and 1 that was reported but that did not happen do to the tech going to the wrong place, a tech came on July 8 and finally found physically what was suggested as the problem and fixed it. Since July 8 my house has felt so much better. It took awhile for the house to cool down but it is now. No one should ever go through what I went through from May 7 through July 8 just for an air conditioning system check up followed by a repair. The techs should be better at diagnosing the problems and fixing. |
