| mar stutz | Our contractor hired JM Lapp to install all of the plumbing for our new home. They were difficult to work with from the begining. Not willing to meet with us to go over fixtures but sent us to a generic showroom without a defined allowance although our overall bid included fixtures. We have been in our home for two months and still do not have cold water in our washer. Our bathroom sink was also leaking under the vanity. The day after we moved in sewage was leaking in our basement because they forgot to cap a pipe. And we have had two other occasions of sewage in our yard. We are now dealing with another plumber who is astionished with JM Lapps work. Please save your time and money and seek a different plumber. |
