My wife and I have used Martin Appliance's service department in the past and have been happy with their service on small jobs. But last week technician Dylan Baxter did truly exceptional work for us on a larger scale. As part of checking our dryer after a smoldering, near-lint fire, he determined that we needed a completely new venting system. We own a very old 230+ years stone house and duct work of any kind is difficult. The dryer vents into an impossibly small, dirty crawl space before eventually exiting through a basement window. Dylan spend over 5 hours in our basement and that crawlspace removing the ancient ducting, and replacing it with modern ducts that are safer and more efficient. He was professional, and thorough, and very respectful of our house. After all of his hard work we now have a modern, safe, system and we cannot speak highly enough of his work, as well as the professionalism of the Martin organization.
