| Lori Gallagher | I needed 30 boxes of flooring. The lady at the flooring department was very helpful loaded the flooring on a skid and wrapped it. I went out back to have it loaded on my truck. The sale associate Tim wouldn't put the skid on the truck. I shop at Lowe's allot and have had many skids put on the truck. He just stood there. Then he said we had to load it by hand. I was beyond mad at this point. Because at 60 years old I had to load my own truck. Not sure I'll go back to the montoursville store again. |

| Kathy Bower | Ordered 180 marble tiles. They said 1 1/2 weeks until they came in. Nobody called. I called them and were told they came in and put out as stock. They told me they had 108 of them. I asked where the rest were. We had already paid for them! 650 They said they would investigate and get back to me. They did not. Had to refund them and buy them elsewhere to finish our remodel. |
