| Sue Klammer | My 10 year old Oreck vacuum sweeper was still working great, however, when we recently purchased new thick loop carpet for our entire upstairs, I found that sweeping the carpet was impossible.... It was like pushing a boulder! But it still worked great downstairs on our older carpet and hardwood. After a lot of research, I discovered that the newer carpets require a different, newer type of vacuum. Most were 600 or more. When I went into the Monroeville store, Sil the store manager helped me find the perfect Riccar vacuum at hundreds less! I have been using it for 2 months now and am TOTALLY AND HAPPILY satisfied!! It is still as light as an Oreck and sooo easy to run. I think it actually self propels itself! I am as if not even more satisfied with this Riccar as I was with my 10 year old Oreck. I had actually ordered another one online that was supposed to be great for thick carpets,5 stars reviews and returned it. This one was much better!! You can't go wrong with purchasing from this store!! |
| Greg O | I thought my older-model Oreck had reached the end of its life, but Tracey at the Monroeville store went MacGyver on it & now it's running as good as the day I bought it. Tracey gave me options when it came to parts & pricing, etc, so I felt like I was an active participant in the rehabbing process & not a helpless bystander watching the price go higher & higher. Anyways, I'm very glad I took my Oreck to the Monroeville store. I'm 99 sure you can take any vacuum brand to this store for cleaning & repair also. |
