Reliable was the only store willing to deliver that day so I purchased a refrigerator and they delivered it by noon! I was very pleased. But months later I moved it away from it's spot in my kitchen and was shocked to see a huge dent and buckle on the one side! I called the store and the woman I spoke with was not very sympathetic. I was given a damaged product. There is no way I put that dent on it. I never moved it from the time they installed it. The men who delivered it must have known it was dented but never said a word to me. I am so, so disappointed. You lost a customer, Reliable Home Supply. |
