They communicate everything extremely well from the call the day before your repair to give you a 2 hour time frame of their arrival the next day to the technician contacting you when he is on his way. I wish all repair people did this. It makes life so much easier. Frank diagnosed the issue with our oven right away, ordered the part and was back a few days later to install it.
