The tech Dimitrius who came was polite and cleaned up his mess. However after he “repaired” the freezer, I woke up the next morning with a non working fridge and freezer. Everything was thawed and my freezer & fridge were hot. I called for an immediate repair and they gave me an appointment 2 1/2 weeks out. I still have no fridge. They're the worst. Their agent broke my appliance and now I'm supposed to patiently wait without a fridge. |
