I would be very wary if you need a gas stove repaired.He is a very older gentleman and although respectful he had no idea what he was doing.He took things apart stood around and googled things,then went outside to smoke and he wasnt even here 20 minutes by then.He came back in and took more things apart that had nothing to do with why he was called.After that he was asked nicely to leave.He got paid 65 for absolutely nothing and he didnt even replace everything before leaving.I would recommend spending a little more money and contact a professional company.Especially for gas appliances.

Our washer broke on Halloween. Came out same day 2+ hours late!! for service call and said the part would be in by Friday 11/2. 11/2 came and went. Said oh I'll be there Saturday 11/3. We called him again on 11/8, he said the part was on back order- but it's available on Amazon. Called him yesterday 11/15 he said he lost the paper with our info but he said he was going to pick up the part. I called this morning to confirm, he said he hadn't picked up the part but he would be here today. It's now 6:30 pm, 11/16 ...he's not been here and not answering his phone and I've been sitting at home all day waiting. 2 days no show no call, and my washer still isn't fixed.

Had a dryer that wasn't heating, and I work all day and not always available during the day. He came out in the evening to accomadate my schedule, came the same day I called, he had the parts I needed and had my dryer fixed and cleaned and serviced within 20 minutes. Price was also very reasonable compared to the larger companies I called.
