Appliance Repair by DeVono’s Dry Cleaners and Shirt Laundry in Manchester, Pennsylvania

Was completely dissatisfied with the service I received. I had explained and made it very clear the importance of getting my items by a certain day and time because I was leaving town. The lady at the front desk assured me that they had 24-hour service and that it would be ready in more than enough time. I again stressed the importance of needing to be done and she reassured me that I was a few days prior to needing it to be picked up and that the 24-hour service would assure me that I would have my garments in time. Though when I arrive my items were not ready and had to do without them for my trip. I understand things take time but when you continue to ask for reinsurance and stress the importance of the items being finished by a certain time and you continue to be reassured that they would be in there by a certain time you can imagine my frustration when they were not done on time. I'm new to the area and was looking for a dry cleaner close by but I will not be going back to this establishment I would rather drive several miles to Hannah's dry cleaning they seem to have better reviews. I will not be bringing my items back to this dry cleaner.
