| Wendy Donovan | Called Friday that my pellet stove wasnt working and it's my only source of heat. I understand its heating season and they are busy. I was told I would get a call from their part time guy to schedule a time. Would probably be able to get to me by the weekend. Never got a phone call. I called twice over the weekend to let them know. Called someone else who came first thing Monday and fixed it. Finally get a call back was told I was called twice. When I said I didnt get a call or voicemail he yelled at me saying that if I was going to call their worker a lier I could go somewhere else. And besides you didnt buy your stove from us. What does it matter where I bought the stove. I was going to pay them to fix it. Well not to worry Laubscher pools will be getting my business. |
