I called and talked with Lindsay. She asked what was going on with my refrigerator and was very helpful. She said she could get a tech out today! I was thrilled. She called with a 15 min window of his arrival. Anthony came within 15 min as promised and was very polite, professional, and efficient. After assessing the entire refrigerator, he explained what he thought the problem was and why. He also answered every question I had. He replaced the part, did not make a mess and told me when it was safe to put the food back in. He also told me to call if there was still a problem or if I had any questions.
