| Trick Mimosa | HORRIBLE! SHADY! RIP OFF! DO NOT USE! Why isn't negative stars an option? Read their BBB complaints. I wish I did before they came into my house! I called what was apparently a repair hotline hub. And Appliance RX picked up the job. Two guys in an unmarked van show up late to repair my fridge. I had put down a 60 deposit over the phone. They charge 450 to "fix" my fridge. Said they only took cash. My fridge was broken again within two weeks. Their work was supposed to be guaranteed for 30 days. I called on a Friday morning, they were able to come out by Monday morning the second time. Said it would be another 300 to "fix" the problem. Pumped my fridge with some "liquid patch". I had to call a real company to fix the problem- which was a copper pipe leaking coolant. The holes were huge and anyone with eyeballs should have been able to see the problem. Appliance RX never returned my calls and if you call the number given its just a some lady's private line-who simply answers with "Hello". This "company" is a scam. |
