Jason Ruhl | Great selection, terrible customer service. I asked 3 different people for help and all 3 people directed me towards someone else. The last person finally said, you know what? It'd be quicker for you to order online and wait.... I've been waiting for over 30 minutes... You're telling me that's quicker than you guys doing your job in store? |
Brian Skuzinski | Ever since I have moved to the Lititz area I've been disappointed that there aren't more superstores near Lititz itself, however, being that it's a small historic towns sometimes I'm glad that there aren't. This location is down near Lancaster and has become my default location for home improvement and hardware needs. They are typical home Depot with excellent help an excellent prices. You're definitely gonna find what you need here. The parking is abundant and free. |
Andrew P | It's a good store in a busy location. Lots of people this place always feels full. Lumber selection is often picked through, tough to find good pieces of wood. New self checkout registers are much improved. They do work well, but I was forced to use them when they had no employee manned register open. |
